It's a new year, so let's put our new year's goals to work and get back in shape! Kristy from Boys Ahoy is our favorite fit mama right now...she has the most approachable, quick videos to keep your mama body moving.
Kitchen Towel Workout
This quick workout can be done almost anywhere, all you need is a kitchen towel and a floor! With just a few movements your legs and chore will be on fire! Do 10 reps of each exercise, and repeat 3-4 times.
Medicine Ball Workout
This full body series works your arms, abs, and legs and you can do it anywhere! If you don't have a medicine ball, use a milk jug or large can of soup and modify--don't toss the item, and just do normal push-ups at the end instead. Do 15 reps of each exercise, repeating circuit 3-4 times.
Just a note: with all of these workouts, take breaks as you need them or modify as necessary. If you can't complete them, push yourself until you can't do more, and then just try and get further, or do one extra set the next time! You've got this mama!
