Yes, you will need an account to manage your subscriptions. You'll be able to access them directly in your account by clicking here and selecting Subscriptions.

Yes! You can add one-time products to an upcoming subscription order by logging into your account and selecting the subscription you wish to edit. When editing a subscription, you'll be able to select from a list of products to add to your next order. Edits to your subscription must be made 3 business days prior to your next charge date.

Each subscription is managed separately to allow flexibility in your shipment schedule. You can add a new subscription directly from your account or by placing an order for the subscription.

You can edit your shipping and billing information in your subscription account. Any changes must be made 3 business days prior to your next charge date.

Depending on the frequency you've selected, your card will be charged as soon as your product is ready to ship either 1, 2, 3 or 4 months after you've purchased the subscription. You'll receive an email notification 8 days before we ship out your next order, and you will have 5 days to make any edits to your order before it's shipped. You can also edit your next shipment date by logging into your subscription account.

All subscription orders will automatically apply the subscription discount offer on your initial purchase and all recurring shipments. If you would like to apply a discount code at checkout to an order that includes one-time products, the discount will only be applied to the non-subscription items in your cart.

Bubbles can be applied on your first subscription order at checkout. For active subscriptions, you can redeem your bubbles for a specific subscription voucher in your Club Tub account portal located here.

Yes, subscription products are eligible for our Worry-Free Guarantee just like any other purchase. To learn more about our return process, click here. Returning a subscription order won't cancel your subscription. If you would like to cancel, you can to do so from your subscription account.

While we do our best to keep every product in stock, there may be instances where we run out of inventory. In these cases, we'll notify you ahead of time to let you know that your upcoming delivery is on hold. You will not be charged until we are ready to ship your product.

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next order ships one of two ways:

i) By reaching out to customer support via chat/email/text; OR

ii) By accessing your subscription account on the Tubby Todd website and canceling from there.

Yes! You can choose the subscription start date during checkout.

If the recipient doesn’t redeem their gift, the credits will remain available for them to use any time. We can resend them the redemption link if needed.

Absolutely! You’ll have the option to add a special note for your recipient during the checkout process.

Unfortunately, the recipient’s email can’t be edited after the order is placed, so it’s best to double-check it before completing checkout. If you do find out the included email was incorrect, please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] and they’ll do their best to help.
