What happens if the recipient doesn’t redeem their gift?

If the recipient doesn’t redeem their gift, the credits will remain available for them to use any time. We can resend them the redemption link if needed.

Can I include a personalized message with my gift?

Absolutely! You’ll have the option to add a special note for your recipient during the checkout process.

What if the buyer enters the wrong recipient email? 

Unfortunately, the recipient’s email can’t be edited after the order is placed, so it’s best to double-check it before completing checkout. If you do find out the included email was incorrect, please reach out to our customer service team at customercare@tubbytoddshop.com and they’ll do their best to help.

How can I resend the gift redemption link?

What if the recipient doesn’t like the product?

Gift subscriptions products are eligible for our Worry-Free Guarantee just like any other purchase. To learn more about our return process, click here. Returning a subscription order won't cancel your gift subscription. If you would like to cancel, please reach out to our customer service team!
